Who is behind The Chic Bargainista and TCB The Label?
Tracy is the founder. The Chic Bargainista is her women’s fashion shop; TCB The Label is its original-design, owner-made, reconstructed, and one-of-a-kind side.

Are product photos accurate?
Selling photos show the actual garment being offered. Known flaws on resale or one-of-a-kind items are described and photographed rather than hidden.

How do I choose a size?
Read the measurements and fit notes on the individual product page. Compare them with a garment you already like.

Are all TCB products made by Tracy?
No. The shop includes curated boutique and resale fashion plus TCB The Label pieces that Tracy designs, prints, reconstructs, or makes. Each listing describes the actual item.

When will my order ship?
Processing depends on whether the item is ready to ship or made to order. The product page and checkout show the current estimate.

What is the return window?
For eligible Shopify purchases, contact the shop within 14 days after delivery. See the Return and Refund Policy for complete instructions.

Can I share a customer photo with TCB?
